This Privacy Policy describes how Career Solutions for Today ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes your personal information when you use our website (careersolutionsfortoday.com), our Resume Portfolio Android application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

We may also disclose data when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, ourselves, or others. In a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, asset sale) user data may transfer subject to a successor entity honoring this Privacy Policy.
Data Storage & Protection. Google user data and account-linked content are stored in Google Cloud / Firebase services operated by Google LLC. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS) and at rest (Google-managed encryption). Access is limited to a small number of authorized operators using Google account-based access controls, two-factor authentication, and least-privilege rules. Firestore security rules restrict every document to its owning user's UID. We do not store passwords ourselves; Google handles password authentication.
Data Retention & Deletion. We retain Google user data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
Deletion removes your account record, resumes, plans, uploaded files, and subscription metadata from our active systems. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being purged. Records required to be retained for legal, tax, or billing compliance (e.g., payment records) are retained only for the minimum period required by law.

The Career Solutions mobile app may request access to your device camera and photo library solely to allow you to add a profile photo to your resume. This data is not shared with third parties and is only used within the app for the purpose you initiate.
We retain your data as long as your account is active, as needed to provide services, and as required for legal, tax, or billing obligations. Deleted content may remain in backups for a limited period.
You may delete your account and all associated data — including saved resumes, career plans, profile information, and uploaded files — directly from the account menu using the "Delete Account & Data" option. Account deletion requires that any active subscription be canceled first. Deleted data is permanently removed from our active systems; however, residual copies may persist in backups for a limited period.
